Hotel a Sweet Springs

“The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum...

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“Got charged for the rooms twice, were told they did not have a room for a party in our group but got charged for a room for them. The rooms were ditty not a good experience”

“Cleanliness is NOT a priority for this motel - gym stuck to the walls, clearly needed vacuumed, flies all over the place - it was cheap for a reason!”

“The pool was broke so was the hot tub there was dirty bathroom floors and after paying 700 plus on rooms when our cat got lost and my son had to stay in property to find him after check out they wouldn’t let him use the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel and feel as if they were very rude to my son.”

“We had a great experience staying at this motel. The manager was super nice, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and were always willing to assist with anything I needed. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place to stay. Nice room except could use an upholstered chair! Clean, and comfortable. Light in bathroom needs to be much brighter. Mirror light feels like a night light- and it’s not! Breakfast is ok. Coffee-not so much. People were very nice. Overall good place to stay.”

“I thought the motel looked clean and well kept. Reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. They do have a continental breakfast which was nice. I would stay there again.”
